Friendium Refund & Payments Policy

This Refund & Payments Policy governs all purchases, subscriptions, fees, and financial transactions on Friendium, operated by Nexa-Group. It defines payment obligations, refund eligibility, chargebacks, dispute handling, and financial compliance requirements.

1. Scope & Applicability

This policy applies to all users, creators, advertisers, businesses, and partners who engage in paid transactions on Friendium, including but not limited to subscriptions, promoted content, digital services, and optional platform features.

2. Payment Methods

Friendium may support multiple payment methods depending on region, including credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and approved third-party payment processors. Availability of methods may vary.

3. Pricing & Currency

Prices are displayed in applicable local or base currencies and may include taxes, fees, or surcharges as required by law. Currency conversion rates are determined by payment providers and may fluctuate.

4. Authorization & Billing

By completing a transaction, users authorize Friendium or its payment partners to charge the selected payment method. Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.

5. Subscriptions & Recurring Charges

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund
  • Users are responsible for managing subscription settings

6. Digital Goods & Services

Digital services, premium features, and platform access are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to their nature, digital goods are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in limited circumstances, including:

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical errors preventing service delivery
  • Legal requirements in certain jurisdictions

8. Non-Refundable Transactions

Unless mandated by law, the following are non-refundable:

  • Used or partially used subscriptions
  • Consumed digital services
  • Promotional or advertising spend
  • Fees paid to creators or third parties

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback may result in account suspension or limitation. Users are encouraged to contact Friendium support before filing disputes with financial institutions.

10. Fraud Prevention

Friendium employs automated and manual systems to detect fraud, abuse, and payment misuse. Suspicious activity may lead to transaction reversal, account review, or termination.

11. Taxes & Regulatory Fees

Users are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or levies. Friendium may collect and remit taxes where required by law.

12. Failed & Reversed Payments

Failed payments may result in loss of access to paid features. Reversed payments may trigger recovery actions or account limitations.

13. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days depending on financial institutions.

14. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Friendium is not responsible for external provider outages, delays, or policies.

15. Account Enforcement Related to Payments

Friendium may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated payment abuse, chargeback misuse, or violation of financial policies.

16. Dispute Resolution

Payment disputes should be submitted through Friendium support channels with detailed transaction information and evidence where applicable.
