Friendium Advertising Policy

This Advertising Policy governs all paid, promoted, sponsored, and commercial content distributed on Friendium. It establishes eligibility requirements, content standards, transparency obligations, enforcement mechanisms, and compliance safeguards to protect users, advertisers, and Nexa-Group.

1. Purpose and Scope

Friendium provides advertising tools to enable businesses, organizations, and individuals to reach audiences responsibly. Advertising on Friendium must comply with applicable laws, ethical standards, and platform integrity requirements.

This policy applies to all forms of paid or incentivized promotion, including but not limited to display ads, sponsored posts, boosted content, promoted pages, marketplace promotions, and branded campaigns.

2. Eligibility to Advertise

To advertise on Friendium, advertisers must:

  • Maintain a valid Friendium account in good standing
  • Provide accurate business or personal identification
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
  • Accept Friendium’s advertising terms and payment conditions

Friendium reserves the right to deny or revoke advertising access at its sole discretion.

3. Transparency and Disclosure Requirements

All advertisements must be clearly identifiable as paid or sponsored content. Advertisers are required to:

  • Use accurate disclosures such as “Sponsored,” “Ad,” or equivalent labels
  • Identify the sponsoring entity where required by law
  • Avoid deceptive formatting that mimics organic user content

  • Combine Friendium data with external datasets unlawfully
  • Attempt to re-identify anonymized users

8. Creative Standards and Accuracy

Advertisements must be truthful, substantiated, and non-misleading. This includes:

  • Accurate pricing, availability, and terms
  • No false urgency or deceptive countdowns
  • No manipulated media intended to deceive

9. Review, Approval, and Monitoring

All advertisements are subject to automated and human review. Friendium may:

  • Approve, reject, or request modifications
  • Suspend running campaigns at any time
  • Remove ads that later violate policy

10. Enforcement and Penalties

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Ad rejection or removal
  • Suspension of advertising privileges

  • Withholding of payments or refunds

11. Appeals Process

Advertisers may appeal enforcement decisions through Friendium’s support channels. Appeals must include supporting documentation and accurate explanations.

12. Legal Compliance and Government Requests

Friendium cooperates with lawful government requests and regulatory obligations. Advertisers remain responsible for compliance with advertising laws in all jurisdictions where ads are shown.

13. Limitation of Liability

Friendium and Nexa-Group do not guarantee advertising outcomes, reach, or performance. Advertising services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

14. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of advertising services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
